For The Love Of Wine And Cheese

Add some great crackers, fruit and nice music and all is right with the world. Some friends & I started what we like to call “wine and cheese Fridays, and this has become one my most favorite things. Thinking about having your own wine and cheese Friday, then these tips from Wine Enthusiast Magazine describing the types of cheese should come in handy.
- Fresh Cheese is often soft and spreadable. The flavor is often tangy or mild and they are usually not aged.
- Blue Cheese is pungent and often salty with a blueish color.
- Hard or stiff cheeses are often sharp or salty in taste and they can also be aged.
- Bloomy (sounds cute) cheese have a soft rind and some of them are not the best smelling but they taste good.
