Four traits of happy people….
I don’t know anyone who doesn’t want to be happy.
We may all be guilty of having a pity party at least one time in our lives. When our mood is good, life seems better. I know that when I start the day with a crappy disposition, my whole day is crappy. Researchers say that happy people are more inclined to be productive in improving their communities, the lives of others and the world.
There is a study that claims 50 percent of happiness is determined by genetics, 10 percent is determined by circumstances and 40 percent by our thoughts and actions. This definitely adds credit to the statement that positive thinking leads to positive results. We can choose to be happy by changing the way we think and respond to life.
I choose happiness, it just makes sense.
